Assistant Audit Manager/Senior Audit Executive

- Review internal controls and governance of business units and headquarter units
- Review the compliance on business plans, policies and procedures, etc
- Plan & prepare audit programs and conduct audit fieldwork of operations reviews on business units and supporting functions for identifying control weakness and providing appropriate recommendations for improvements
- Prepare and submit reports on the results of audits with appropriate recommendations for improvements
- Facilitate corporate governance initiatives of the Group
- Assist in handling risk management activities such as compiling risk registers, managing insurance tasks of the Group
- Handle whistleblowing and forensic investigations as assigned
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
- Supervise and coach subordinates as necessary
- Overseas travelling may be required
- Holder of University Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of internal audit experience and preferably with professional qualification (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CIA and CISA)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and strong analytical mind
- Can work independently and able to work under pressure
- Mature, proactive, self-initiative and well-organized
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using PC applications
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Audit Executive
