Key Responsibilties:
  • evaluate client behaviour related to potential abusive, manipulative or illegal trading activities
  • looking into information from client and exchange to investigate on suspcious activities
  • report to complianec regarding potential market abuse activities and provide necessary information to set up corrective measures
  • monitor on risk controls and identify and weakness to business
  • update business by providing regular reporting where necessary
Key Skills:
  • bachelor degree in related discipline
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in market conduct / market surveillance
  • experience in using SMARTs or other surveillance systems
  • understanding of trading procedures in Hong Kong Markets
  • good communication skills in English
  • proactive and reliable
  • good team player
  • attention to details
