Marketing and Communications Officer / Senior Marketing and Communications Officer

Christian Alliance International School (CAIS), a non-profit making company wholly owned by the Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance, invites applications for the position of Marketing and Communications Officer / Senior Marketing and Communications Officer. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Advancement, the Marketing and Communications Officer / Senior Marketing and Communications Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing and communication function of the School, with responsibilities listed below.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in overall planning, implementing, analyzing, and evaluating marketing campaign and communication strategies
- Assist in internal and external communications, including social media platforms, website updates, newsletters, and other publications
- Attend key school events; prepare, write, and post any news copy and social media coverage of the event
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to produce marketing material to raise the School’s brand awareness in Hong Kong
- Collect and analyze relevant market data, track the traffic of website and social media platforms, and prepare post-campaign performance analysis and reports
- Attend and support admissions and advancement events where appropriate and needed
- Carry out any other job duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Advancement
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in marketing, digital marketing, and communications, preferably in the education field (but not mandatory)
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Marketing and Communications Officer
- Demonstrated track record in developing, planning, and implementing marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with exceptional bilingual writing skills is essential
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, internally and externally
- Well-organized and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Google Analytics, SEO, and video editing is an advantage
- A professional who believes in the vision and mission of the School
- Candidate with an understanding of Christian values preferred
