Marketing and Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Quotation Preparation:
  • Prepare competitive sales quotations and pricing proposals for potential customers.
  • Compile relevant sales reports and performance data to support the sales process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaise with internal teams, including developers, architects, consultants, and designers, to align sales efforts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist the Senior Sales Manager in various sales and marketing activities, such as conducting cold calls, preparing for seminars and exhibitions, and attending business events.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both potential and existing customers.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Field Work and Flexibility:
  • Conduct site visits and work outside the office as assigned to better understand customer requirements and project needs.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work under pressure and be available for overtime as required.
Qualifications:
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Strong attention to detail, cheerful disposition, and a fast learning ability
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
