Marketing and Sales Assistant - working in Hong Kong

- Sales and Quotation Preparation:
- Prepare competitive sales quotations and pricing proposals for potential customers.
- Compile relevant sales reports and performance data to support the sales process.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with internal teams, including developers, architects, consultants, and designers, to align sales efforts and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist the Senior Sales Manager in various sales and marketing activities, such as conducting cold calls, preparing for seminars and exhibitions, and attending business events.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
- Field Work and Flexibility:
- Conduct site visits and work outside the office as assigned to better understand customer requirements and project needs.
- Demonstrate a willingness to work under pressure and be available for overtime as required.
- Higher Diploma or above
- Strong attention to detail, cheerful disposition, and a fast learning ability
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Pay: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
