Marketing Assistant/Executive

- Assist to formulate and implement brand marketing, public relations, and digital marketing programs.
- Assist in development of marketing materials (web pages, videos, social contents, print and OOH advertisement, etc), to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather market insights.
- Implement digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, etc.
- Assist CRM programs to create brand loyalty and achieve business target;
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis to review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks when required.
- Provide administrative support and respond to customer enquiries.
- Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related disciplines;
- Fresh university graduates or talents with around 1 year experience in sales & marketing.
- A basic understanding of marketing and brand strategy will be highly regarded.
- Passionate in marketing and beauty industry. Proactive and strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and growth mindset.
- A team player with good communications skills, detailed minded, well-organized, and positive “can-do” attitude with high learning agility and adaptability.
- Demonstrate drive for consistent follow through and high-quality work; multi-tasking capability and principled for managing timeline.
- Good verbal and written command in English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- More experience will be considered as Marketing Executive.
