The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to join our accomplished team as a Marketing & Events Officer.

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for membership recruitment, retention, and renewal

Handle member inquiries and maintain regular communication

Manage event logistics and prepare promotional materials

Assist in CRM data maintenance and event analysis

Support other ad-hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For

University degree in marketing, event management, hospitality, or a related business discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or customer-facing administrative role

Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English and Chinese

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to multitask

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently & collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, knowledge of graphic design
