Key Accountabilities
- Lead the team to maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients in designated cities of Mainland China;
- Explore new projects such as Private Equity, IPO, Equity Underwriting, Bond Issuance, Mergers and Acquisitions, etc. Cooperate with internal departments to promote the business and assist clients in formulating capital-raising plans;
- Work closely with BOC branches and subsidiaries of the BOC group to carry out various projects;
- Lead the team to achieve financial indicators;
- Perform other duties as directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree holders;
- Qualified to engage in security activities in Mainland China or overseas;
- At least 5 years of work experience in investment banking or more than 10 years in the financial industry, with abundant network resources;
- Good marketing and communication skills, and deep understanding of domestic and foreign capital markets;
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, with a good command of written and spoken English.
