We are looking for Merchandising Clerk - with details as follows :

The Job :
1+ year work experience in office environment

Experience in trading/manufacturing/buying offices is an advantage

Proficient in Excel and Chinese word processing

Interest or experience in fashion jewellery

Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus

Report to Merchandising Manager

Provide clerical support to Merchandising team

Maintain and update customer database and filing

Print out marketing materials to distribute to customers

Participate in handling clients orders and monitor production process

Prepare invoices, quotations and other related documents

Prepare spreadsheet of client orders independently

Monitor production progress to ensure on time delivery of goods

Coordinate with internal shipping staff

Team work
