Visual Merchandising Executive/Project Management

· Responsible for Visual Display across 8 stores, 3 countries (Hong Kong, Singapore & Malaysia) by creating effective displays and shopping experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for seasonal window design. Provide window design according to seasonal launch and liaise with local VM contractor for quotation, monitor timeline to final installation of window.
· Responsible for creating basic VM guideline & seasonal VM guideline.
· Provide basic visual merchandising trainings to the retail teams in accordance with Brand’s guideline.
· Ensure display guidelines and merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores, including partnering with retail teams to identify any VM collateral needs
· Work with Headquarter to leverage on in-store activation, campaign launch or events/pop-ups to support respective market’s initiatives
· Liaise with contractors and production vendors for all visual materials; from sourcing, organizing and coordinating for production of props and fixture
· Plan & monitor VM cost for the financial year. Work within budget.
PROJECT
· Handle all pop up, new store opening, store closure reinstatement project and enhancement projects across Hong Kong, Singapore & Malaysia.
REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years in the related area and supervisory experience is required.
· Outstanding creative, design, and analytical skills
· Familiarity with common 3D design software
· Keen interest in the current trends of visual merchandising
· Information about consumer needs and patterns
Travelling per quarter is required.
