Senior Manager-Facilities Management (Beijing based)

Our client is one of the leading real estate property developer, they are publicly listed and headquartered in Hong Kong & now is looking for an experienced Senior Manager-Facilities Management to join its management team in Beijing, China
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Property Management General Manager, this position is responsible for advising the management team on all Facilities Management of property dealings
The Ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering;
Good experiences in Facilities management;
Over 20 years renovation experience in large commercial complexes, including office, shopping mall in design, construction, repair and maintenance, of which over 5 experience in Beijing projects;
In-depth knowledge in rules /regulations/ procedures of PRC Building and Fire Services;
Knowledge of cost control & contract, able to prepare tender documents analysis & tender report for management decision;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Willing to work on Saturday/Sunday and after office hours when necessary;
