Company and Mission
Our client is a renowned fashion brand. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Retail Director for the Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Malaysia markets. The goal is to drive brand awareness and enhance brand equity through effective and creative integrated marketing and communication strategies. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires travel
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Overviewing

• Supporting the development of marketing activation plans for the respective regions
• Ensuring that marketing development of focused region is in-line with the yearly set target
• In-charge of all coordination work to support the strategic development of focused market
• Public Relations and Communication
• Acting as contact point for press or media
• Maintaining strong relationships with local PR agency and marketing counterparts in all international markets
• Development of press materials and answering requests from press or media
• Keeping track on PR coverage and timely report for monthly results
• Organizing and executing press related events, collection preview independently
• Accurately and timely distribute Company’s latest and most exciting development to media in a fashionable and stylish way.

Media and Advertising

• Liaising with media agency on planning advertisements
• Aware of advertising trends and competitor analysis to create strong content on all advertising channels, print, digital and in-mall

Retail Marketing

• Planning and executing consumer events for international markets

Marketing Budget

• Assist in planning the yearly Marketing budget for respective markets
• Tracking and managing marketing budget to ensure budget is spent effectively

Administration

• Logistics coordination and press samples ordering
• Analyzing results of all marketing campaigns to ensure all markets are on-track

Any other ad hoc project assigned by Regional Marketing and PR Manager, Overseas Market
Requirements (Experience and skills needed for this role)
Education
Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
Experiences

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, PR from Luxury Brand or PR / Event agency Marketing agency preferred
• Experience in Social Media Management include Meta Business Suite and Chinese platforms such as We Chat, Weibo, and Douyin to increase social media followers

Skills

• Well-connected within media and social circles/ socialities
• Excel V-lookup
• Social Media Management
• Great command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Capable of translation from English to Chinese and Chinese to English.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and capable of multitasking
• A good team player and able to work independently
