Role Overview: Seeking an all-round marketer with 2-5 years of experience to support the Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and increasing brand equity in the markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia).
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans for targeted regions.
Public Relations:
Ø Act as the main contact for press and media.
Ø Maintain relationships with PR agencies.
Ø Manage press materials and media pitching.
Ø Organize PR samples and materials.
Ø Prepare monthly clipping reports.
Ø Handle press loans and sample coordination.
Ø Execute celebrity/KOL seeding and gifting plans
Media & Advertising:
Ø Coordinate with media agencies for advertisements.
Ø Create content for various channels.
Ø Plan social media calendar and manage official accounts (including Meta Business Suite, China Suite, 抖音 (Douyin), 微信 (We Chat), and 小红书 (Xiaohongshu))
Retail Marketing:
Ø Plan and execute consumer events in international markets.
Ø Coordinate with landlords for in-mall promotions.
Ø Work with in-house designers and retail teams for marketing materials.
Budget Management: Assist in planning and managing the marketing budget.
Administration:
Ø Handle logistics coordination.
Ø Analyze marketing campaign results.
Ø Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis.
Ø Manage SMS marketing and CRM programs.
Ø Support administrative tasks like invoicing and reporting.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by the Regional Marketing and PR Manager.
Requirements:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in Marketing, CRM, PR, preferably from a luxury brand or PR/Event agency.
Skills:
Ø Social Media Management (including Meta Business Suite, China Suite, 抖音 (Douyin), 微信 (We Chat), and 小红书 (Xiaohongshu))
Ø Strong command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ø Ability to multitask and work independently
Ø Proficiency in Excel
Ø Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
