Hong Kong Education City Limited (Ed City) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, Ed City.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

Responsibilities:
Manage in-house production, including video shoots, video editing, camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording. Additionally, oversee specific design projects, branding, and artwork production for events, applications, and platforms;

Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, meetings, interviews and other organizational activities;

Create engaging event highlight videos and other video content for the organisation's website and other promotion channels;

Manage the organisation's video web pages, ensuring consistent branding and user experience;

Collaborate with different teams to develop content strategies and deliver compelling video assets;

Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Design, or a related discipline;

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video production;

Strong technical skills and proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro;

Experience in capturing high-quality photos and videos for various projects;

Knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and sound recording;

Good sense of aesthetics;

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
