Hong Kong Education City Limited (Ed City) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, Ed City.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

Responsibilities:
Assist in computer hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance;

Perform daily system operations such as user account creation and system monitoring;

Provide technical support to end-users;

Maintain an inventory of IT assets;

Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;

1 year of relevant experience in computer hardware and software installation and maintenance, and user support;

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and i OS devices;

Knowledge of AV equipment is desirable;

Hardworking and willing to learn;

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
