Hong Kong Education City Limited (Ed City) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, Ed City.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

Responsibilities:
Develop multimedia content and assets for digital and offline channels;

Collaborate with internal team to develop marketing strategies, presentations and design to enhance brand visibility and support project promotion;

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for multimedia production and assist in the creation and update of multimedia asset library;

Play a key role in updating content for company website and apps, focusing on the UX & UI design;

Take up ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia / Visual Design or related discipline;

At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in graphic and multimedia design, and web responsive design, with experience in Agency will be an advantage;

Experience in video and photo shooting is preferred, with the ability to transform footage into videos;

Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro);

Knowledge of web design, 3D presentation, HTML/CSS and Javascript;

Knowledge of creating designs that prioritize customer preferences for both looks and usability;

Strong planning, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills;

Strong sense of creativity in designing innovative, be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and be a good team player;

Fluency in written and spoken in English and Chinese.

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Multimedia designer.
