Join our client, a leading financial institution dedicated to providing top-tier financial planning services to high-net-worth, mainlander, and offshore customers. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting a wide range of investment, insurance, and banking products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals, mainlander, and offshore customers, ensuring their financial goals are met.
  • Deliver personalized services to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client segments.
  • Promote and cross-sell a diverse range of investment, insurance, and banking products to optimize new business opportunities.
  • Manage operational risks by adhering to relevant policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and assess clients’ needs to provide tailored financial solutions and advice.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations Paper 123 AND Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations Paper 178.
  • Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct selling of investment or life insurance products.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal Cantonese and English.
  • Strong sales orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
