香港大學建築學院聘請：辦公室服務員 (檔案編號：530241) (須盡早到任；以兩年合約形式聘用，受聘者於合約期滿時可獲約滿酬金及大學按強積金計劃所規定的供款，合共薪金總和的百分之十；若表現滿意，可獲續聘)
應徵者須具備中三或以上程度及最少一年全職工作經驗，能操流利廣東話及簡單英語，能書寫及閱讀中文和簡單英文。受聘者須善於多工處理、具良好溝通和組織能力、盡責和積極主動、及具獨立處理事務能力及團隊合作精神。具備操作電腦及文書處理軟件之基本知識者將獲優先考慮。
受聘者須協助處理一般辦公室事務，包括清潔打掃辦公室，會議室和茶水間、準備會議及茶水、文件派遞、訂購部門用品，以及簡單文書工作包括輸入資料、影印及存檔，支援學院活動，並執行由上級指派的其他工作。
入職薪酬將按受聘者之學歷及有關工作經驗釐定，僱員福利包括有薪假期及醫療福利。

Office Attendant in the Faculty of Architecture (Ref.: 530241) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have completed Form 3 or above with at least 1 year’s full-time work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication skills, good organisational skills, and be able to work independently and perform multitasks. They should also be self-motivated, responsible and a good team member. Those with basic skills in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Word processing are preferred.
The appointee will perform general duties including cleaning offices, meeting rooms and pantry, venue setup for meetings, dispatching documents, and ordering office supplies. He/She will also provide general clerical support including data entry, photocopying, filing, assist in Faculty’s events and perform any other duties as assigned.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
