Job Description:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for Training & Development Seminars that align with our company’s mission statement
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify & define audience segments
Hire and assist with on-boarding of Marketing/Sales team
Incorporate marketing tactics for recruitment efforts such as creating engaging social media job posts, conduct employer branding campaigns and utilize targeted recruitment strategies
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Assist in managing the company’s digital presence including website, social media, and other online channels.
Assist in organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

Requirements:
High school diploma/Higher diploma/Bachelors
Creativity and commercial awareness
Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
Excellent communication and people skills
