職 責 範 圍 Scope of Services
1 . 根 據 考 評 局 的 要 求 ， 在 試 場 裝 置 及 測 試 口 試 錄 1. Set up (including installation and testing) the Oral Recording System (ORS) at the

申 請 人 須 : Applicants should:
1 . 具 備 中 七 或 以 上 教 育 程 度，並 在 香 港 中 學 會 考 獲 1. have completed at least Secondary 7, and obtained in the Hong Kong Certificate of

• 未 獲 委 派 服 之 申 請 人 的 資 料 將 在 2 0 2 5 年 8 月 31 日 後 被 銷 毀 。

Notes to Applicants in relation to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance:

口試錄影系統助理完成一般試場的指定服務時段後，會視乎其表現，獲發額外百分之五的合約服務獎勵。

• ORSAs who can complete the service for the assigned examination period of normal sessions will be given an extra service award equivalent to 5% of the

service fee subject to their performance.

4. 申 請 人 如 在 2025 年 3 月 22 日 仍 未 接 獲 通 知 ， 可 作 落 選 論 。
Applicants who are not notified by 22 March 2025 may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

• 申 請 人 或 會 被 邀 出 席 面 試 ， 本 局 會 以 電 郵 通 知 相 關 申 請 人 有 關 面 試 的 安 排 。

• 獲 選 擔 任 口 試 錄 影 系 統 助 理 須 ( i )於 2 0 2 5 年 2 月 至 3 月 期 間 出 席 為 期 半 天 的 相 關 培 訓 及 ( i i )於 獲 委 派 服 務 前 在 技

能 測 驗 中 取 得 及 格 成 績 。

• 實 際 的 服 務 完 成 時 間 或 因 考 試 時 間 的 進 度 而 有 所 調 整 。

• 口 試 錄 影 系 統 助 理 將 以 獨 立 服 務 合 約 形 式 被 委 派 以 提 供 服 務 。 口 試 錄 影 系 統 助 理 的 服 務 合 約 不 構 成 任 何 香 港

考 試 及 評 核 局 與 口 試 錄 影 系 統 助 理 之 間 的 僱 傭 關 係。

Others:

• Applicants may be invited to a selection interview. The applicants concerned will be informed of the interview arrangement via email.

• The selected applicants are required to (i) attend a half-day training session between February and March 2025 and (ii) pass a compliance test

prior to the assignment of service.

• The actual finishing time may vary due to the progress of examination.

• ORSAs are assigned to provide services as independent contractors. The service agreement does not give rise to any employment relationship

between the HKEAA and the ORSAs.
