At the moment, we are looking for an Outlet Chef (Steakhouse) to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East .

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operation and maintain high quality of food production in kitchen
• Responsible to manage food ordering and inventory control
• Responsible to food costs management and production control for reducing wastage
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and safety procedures in line with Hotel requirements
• Support and work closely with Executive Chef in monitoring and developing team members’ performance, providing supervision, training and assigning work

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Steakhouse or an equivalent working experience, Preferably in Hospitality is an advantage
• Holder of Hygiene Certificate or equivalent Certificate
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work under pressure
