Parent Consultant (Customer Consultant, 5-days work)

To cope with our operation, we would like to invite high-calibe, self-motivating candidates to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle Parent Consultation Hotline
  • Answer client's inquiry
  • Provide service support in membership programs
  • 5-day work week (roster schedule from Mondays to Sundays)
Requirements:
  • Work experiences in Education Centre operation is highly preferred
  • Experiences in Early years education would be an advantage
  • Diploma holder or above, excellent interpersonal skills and fast learner
  • Customer-oriented, good presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Being an ex-member of our company is a definite advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
