Responsibilities:

Handle Parent Consultation Hotline
Answer client's inquiry
Provide service support in membership programs
5-day work week (Occasional Saturday & Sunday duties)

Requirements:

Work experiences in Education Centre operation is highly preferred
Experiences in Early years education would be an advantage
Diploma holder or above, excellent interpersonal skills and fast learner
Customer-oriented, good presentation and problem-solving skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
Being an ex-member of our company is a definite advantage
Immediate available is preferred
