Centre Operation Supervisor / Executive (5-day work week)

- Monitoring daily operation and administration of the Centre, and support Membership services
- Deliver excellent and all-rounded customer services (such as recommending & matching suitable programmes & services with customer's needs, greeting visitors; handling customer enquiries, greviances and product replacement etc.) at the Front Desk
- Managing part-time contractors, including roster arrangement and payment calculation etc.
- Provide on spot assistance in all activities and services
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- A sharp mind with good sales & business sense
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in handling customer's enquiries & greviances independently
- Customer oriented, well organized and detail-minded
- Fast learner and able to work independently
- A good team player who is also passionate in connecting with people
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in activity support or Education Centre / member-based organizations job is definitely an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding in Hong Kong Education system, parenting and childcare etc.
- Possess a recognized University Degree or above
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Centre Operation Executive
- D2 Place, Lai Chi Kok
- 5 days (including minimum one SAT/SUN duty) per week
