We are looking for a Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight), we rely on you to:

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
Provide and record all guest messages and wake-up calls
Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
Answer general inquiries and explain latest F&B promotion
Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry
Proven demonstration of teamwork
Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Willingness to rotate across shifts, including day, night and overnight shifts
