Currently we operate 3 children amusement centers in Hong Kong, and offer a wide range of characters-based consumer gift products for retail sale.

We are looking for Retail Operation Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :
We are looking for an expert in retail operation management with strong business sense to manage and drive the business

Responsible for the management and operation of children amusement center chain business in Hong Kong

Develop and executive approved business plans and brand strategies, with the aim to achieve revenue targets via quality operations, customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts.

Establish and manage an efficient operation team, standardize operation and customer service procedures

Maintain and improve the market competitiveness of the company

Lead Operation team of 4 members and Frontline Team of 20-30 members

Practical experience in retail industry and particularly in children products, family entertainment, retail and amusement park industries is an definite advantage

Degree holder

5+ years managerial level in operations management of family/children entertainment centres, retail chain stores .... or related in Hong Kong

Expert in retail operations management with strong business sense

9 hours per day

8 days off per month

HK banking holiday

Office location : Kwai Fong
