COG Ltd.is a Trading company located in Tsim Sha Tsui East, specializing in design & lifestyle product as well as educational toys product and dealing with worldwide customers. We have 2 retail shops located at Tsim Sha Tsui (Science Museum, Hong Kong Cultural Centre).

Part time administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial duties
  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Form 7 or above
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferable in trading industry
  • Mature, detailed minded, responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
This role is expected to work for 1 day / 2 half day per week on Monday-Friday.
Working hours can be discussed and flexible depend on your availability and business’s needs.
