Part-time Research Officer
Pan Sutong Shanghai-Hong Kong Economic Policy Research Institute
(Post Ref.: 24/378)
The appointee will participate in several research projects which investigate housing issues, government services acquisitions process and related policies.
Responsibilities
- Draft Reports
- Support in conducting interviews
- Collect data and perform qualitative / quantitative data analyses
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in quantitative research and analysis tools
- Familiarity with the government acquisition and purchasing system in Hong Kong, with a willingness to engage in international collaborations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and proficiency in Chinese
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior research experience is highly desirable
- Applicants are encouraged to submit a writing sample to showcase their writing and data analysis skills
Salary and Benefits
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
