Patient Education Nurse

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid nursing qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
- Strong interpersonal and educational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive instruction and support to patients and family members on the use of medical devices.
- Ensure patients understand their treatment plans and are comfortable with self-administration techniques.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up education as needed.
- Report and document adverse events (AEs) according to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
