You will be supporting the company director in company administrative duties following a calendar of routine jobs and checks. As the Company director is frequently travelling, candidates will be expected to respond to messages outside office hours from time to time as needed.
START DATE: November 2024.
Responsibilities

• Personal support to directors & family
• Handle administrative work of the company
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Ordering items on Taobao & overseeing delivery to Hong Kong
• Assist in maintaining stocks of office supplies, packaging materials, drinks etc
• Handling petty cash payments with vendors and contractors
• Using computer system to keep track of money receipts and expenses.
• Provide ad hoc support around office as required

About You

• You like a mix of repetitive routine tasks and mix of ad hoc tasks
• Use taobao regularly for your daily life
• Honest, Trustworthy
• Good English and Cantonese
• Willing to learn new skills
• Good at Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to Multitask
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Any basic accounting experience is a big plus
• Any candidate with related experience is preferred.
