Responsibilities
- Personal support to directors & family
- Handle administrative work of the company
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Ordering items on Taobao & overseeing delivery to Hong Kong
- Assist in maintaining stocks of office supplies, packaging materials, drinks etc
- Handling petty cash payments with vendors and contractors
- Using computer system to keep track of money receipts and expenses.
- Provide ad hoc support around office as required
- You like a mix of repetitive routine tasks and mix of ad hoc tasks
- Use taobao regularly for your daily life
- Honest, Trustworthy
- Good English and Cantonese
- Willing to learn new skills
- Good at Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to Multitask
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Any basic accounting experience is a big plus
- Any candidate with related experience is preferred.
