Personal Assistant to Chairman
Our client is a medium group company with diversified business in both Hong Kong and PRC and is looking for a Personal Assistant to Chairman (Hong Kong) to assist Chairman's work when he is in Hong Kong and handle Hong Kong office daily operations and development. Their office is a grade A in Central, Hong Kong with the following details : -

Job description:
Responsible for all business and work support of the Chairman when he is in Hong Kong including business outreach, meeting arrangements, record keeping and business supervision, as well as other business accompaniment and participation in important events;
Responsible for the office management of the Hong Kong office including human resources, office administration and other support work;
Develop and maintain supplier systems to support the smooth operation of various functions of the Hong Kong office;
Participate in the planning and development of different businesses of the group company in Hong Kong and present good recommendations;
Handle the building up and development of company corporate culture

Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Has 5-8 years or above recent solid experience of personal/executive assistant to top management with office administration exposure;
Professional, presentable, flexible, responsible with good character, positive working attitude and with drive;
Possess logical mindset with powerful analysis and judgment capability and is strong in planning, coordination and organization;
Excellent in management and external public relations communications;
Has strong communication skills and can command fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese, Shanghainese will be an added advantage;
