Reporting to Research Planning and Product Manager, you will assist in product deployment and development in the Hong Kong market. You will also provide research support to management, helping to assess and create compelling product and service messaging and positioning in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management in the development, deployment, and maintenance of products to achieve business strategies. Such as supporting the product implementation plan, creating content for marketing collateral, and updating website

• Liaise with various both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product/service support that to meeting business needs. Such as managing product/service specifications, customer database and other relevant tasks

• Provide research support to management for evaluating products/services’ capabilities and defining competitive positioning.. Such as collecting and analyzing data, summarizing findings and reporting

• Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables as assigned
