YOUR TASKS

Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, you will be responsible for: -

• Manage a team of Express Centre Representatives to ensure effective daily operation at assigned Service Points and the provision of quality services to customers
  
• Monitor team performance, lead and supervise Express Centre Representatives to perform daily tasks, including shipment handling, upselling and business promotions and programs
  
• Provide coaching and training to Express Centre Representatives to drive the achievement of country objectives and targets
  
• Handle escalated complaints from customers and provide effective solution and resolution
  
• Support Retail Business Manager to manage and explore Retail business opportunities
  
• Plan and implement project, including the deployment of new process and system
  


• Review and develop operation workflows and initiate improvement plans for continuous improvement
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher Diploma or above, bachelor degree holder is preferable
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience, of which 3 years in supervisory role
• Experience in Customer Services or Counter Services is an advantage
• Effective team management skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient PC skills
