You are going to work in a leading insurance company in Hong Kong. As a Product Owner, you will focus on digital transformation within the e POS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems for distribution channels across the Asia-Pacific region.


Job Description

• Spearheaded the digital transformation of e POS systems for distribution channels across the Asia-Pacific region, driving adoption and improving efficiency
• Developed a comprehensive product vision and strategy, aligning with the needs of APAC business units and ensuring technical feasibility for implementation
• Collaborated effectively with business and internal stakeholders to define a clear product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key targets and achieving set goals
• Led and motivated a high-performing, cross-functional team using Agile Scrum methodology, successfully delivering results within project scope and timelines
• Proactively gathered requirements from local business stakeholders, translating them into user stories and defining acceptance criteria 3-4 sprints ahead to ensure product features met customer needs
• Owned and managed product backlogs for multiple projects, prioritizing initiatives with a strong focus on maximizing return on investment and value generation

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information System, or a related discipline
• Strong digital product management, stakeholder management experience as well as analytical skills
• Familiar with technical concepts and considerations for e POS system implementation
• Experience in digital transformation using Agile Scrum Methodology
• Knowledge of UX design and API is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Insurance background is a MUST
• Immediately available is highly preferred
