Program&Project Manager

Responsible for the company's Hong Kong and Macao market/overseas market projects, product implementation, and team management work:
- Participate in regional project feasibility, scheme, contract review, and risk early warning; responsible for pre-sales trial delivery, technical Q&A, and bidding support;
- Responsible for the entire process management of regional projects, including demand research, environmental survey, project delivery, testing, training, acceptance, etc., as well as monitoring progress, cost, quality, and risks of project execution;
- Responsible for regional project and customer after-sales service, service operation, customer relationship maintenance, and satisfaction achievement;
- Responsible for regional team building management, personnel echelon capability building, regional basic file management, and process asset construction;
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, or related fields;
- Cantonese, Mandarin, and English as working languages;
- More than 3 years of software project management experience, with team management experience. Experience in the artificial intelligence industry or having integrated solution capabilities is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, team collaboration abilities, independent thinking and analytical decision-making skills, as well as execution and stress resistance capabilities;
- Possess certain project management capabilities and control over different projects, priority given to those who have served as project managers for medium to large projects, with R&D project management experience considered first, and experience in customized solution projects preferred;
- Have a clear understanding of the project management professional system and related processes, PMP, Senior Information System Project Manager qualifications are preferred;
- Familiar with Hong Kong culture and laws, those with work experience in implementing projects for Hong Kong and Macao regional governments, media, and enterprises are preferred;
负责公司港澳市场/海外市场项目、产品落地和团队管理工作：
1、参与区域项目可行性、方案、合同评审和风险预警；负责售前试用交付、技术答疑和招投标支持；
2、负责区域项目全过程管理，公司产品或项目的需求调研、环境勘查、项目交付、测试、培训、验收等，项目执行的进度、成本、质量、风险监控等；
3、负责区域项目、客户售后服务，服务运营，客户关系维护、满意度达成；
4、负责区域团队建设管理，人员梯队能力建设和区域基础档案管理、过程资产建设；
任职要求：
1、全日制计算机、通信、电子类专业本科(含)以上学历；
2、粤语、普通话、英文作为工作语言；
3、3年以上软件项目管理工作经验，有团队管理经验。如拥有人工智能行业工作经验或具备行业集成解决方案能力者优先；
4、优秀的沟通表达能力，团队协作能力，独立思考与分析决策能力以及执行和抗压能力；
5、具有一定的项目管理能力和不同项目的操控能力，担任过大中型项目的项目经理优先，有研发项目管理经验优先考虑，拥有定制化解决方案项目经验优先；
5、对项目管理专业体系和相关过程有清晰的知识掌握，有PMP、高级信息系统项目管理师资质优先；
6、了解香港文化、法律，有港澳区域政府、媒体、企业类项目实施相关的工作经验者优先；
工作類型: 全職
薪酬： $35,000.00至$50,000.00（每月）
