Hi there! We are Cho Zan 超赞 ( chozan .co), a team of China-focused digital consultants. We are focused on digitalisation, future of retail and technology in action, and we help our clients from the world’s Fortune 500 list to learn from China and for China. We do that through delivering consulting and research projects, tailored presentations, taking them on China innovation tours, and more. We are looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional determined to work in China's digital space in a small, agile, energetic and multinational team.
{PROJECT MANAGER}
In this senior role you’ll need learning agility, can-do attitude, structure and attention to detail and understanding of China’s digital ecosystems. You will report directly to our managing director.

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
i) YOUR PROFILE.

• Mandarin native speaker, excellent command of English, spoken and written
• Deep understanding / experience in China digital economy, Chinese tech ecosystems, ecommerce, marketing and Chinese consumers.
• Excellent consultant, analyst and researcher, well structured, passionate and self-driven
• Presentable with outstanding interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to think independently and in an organized manner
• Able to organize and structure insights in presentation decks, research results and proposals; can work effectively in Apple Keynote
• Prior consulting and project management experience is a must
• Holder of HKID or valid HK work permit and immediate availability is preferred

ii) POSITION PURPOSE.

• Execute clients projects such as consulting, research, training materials, innovation tours, China strategy development and others.
• Follow up with incoming leads, prepare proposals and close deals
• Oversee deliverable’s quality & inspire continued improvement and innovation
• Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver client projects.

iii) MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Work on the projects and materials development for client projects
• Provide planning, guidance and oversight to projects, ensuring high-quality delivery by doing the work individually and collaborating with the internal team
• Manage partners to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
• Monitor project payment schedules to ensure timely payments. Provide monthly financial updates and conduct quarterly financial and target reviews with the managing director.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Maintain and deepen exceptional relationships with key clients
• Strengthen partnerships with suppliers to enhance deliverables’ quality and maximize opportunities for collaboration.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Follow up the new leads, craft proposals based on the brief and discussion, close deals
• Ensure the signed clients are smoothly on-boardinged and projects are on track, and executed to client’s specifications
• Develop key clients for more projects
