Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
At least 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIH or with PMP(T1) preferred
Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong leadership, with good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
