Receptionist

- Handle the front desk operations by receiving incoming calls, greeting guests and visitors in-and-out records.
- Manage meeting rooms reservation, guest’s beverage arrangement and equipment set-up for the meeting
- Courier service arrangement about keeping records of documents and packages
- Assisting in organizing company activities, seminars and events coordination
- Providing office administration support including facilities and equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering, company documents and seals keepings, etc.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing reception area that reflects the firm's brand and professionalism
- Performing ad hoc assignments as required.
JR
- Form 5 or above;
- With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
- Hardworking and willing to do clerical tasks;
- Has excellent personal presentation at all times and upkeeps the “dress code”.
- Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available preferred;
