Hutchison Whampoa (China) Limited (“HWCL") is a member of CK Hutchison Holdings. It is actively engaged in a number of ventures and other activities in Mainland China, Hong Kong and the UK. These investments include the provision of aircraft management, maintenance and engineering, the manufacture and sale of household and industrial detergent products, the sale and distribution of consumer goods, the provision of logistics services and the operation of a rice farm and rice trading.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, couriers and mails, answering queries

Providing general office and administration support such as data entry, news clippings and travel arrangement

Managing and updating attendance & absence records

Organizing and coordinating daily schedule of meeting rooms

Assisting in organizing company activities

Performing ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

2 years working experience in office administration is preferred; Fresh graduate will also be considered

Pleasant, polite, responsible, reliable and willing to learn

Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner

Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese

Familiar in PC applications

Working Hours: 8:45am to 6:30pm or 9:15am to 7:00pm

Working Days: 5 days
