Responsibilities:
Handle comprehensive concierge tasks, including managing phone calls, registering visitors, and professionally greeting guests.

Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Group Safety and Environmental Management Department – Security Section.

Attend and support company events, such as the Annual General Meeting and fire drills.

Assist with security operations, including access control for the main and cargo lobbies.

Requirements:
Diploma or Higher Diploma in any field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service.

Preferred hands-on experience in concierge and customer service roles.

Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively.

Professional and courteous attitude.

Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Uniform will be provided by the employer.
