The Role

Our Campus Marketing team are experts in attracting, engaging, and exciting that young talent, raising awareness of our client and ultimately positioning them as an employer of choice.
We value candidate experience and ensure we are supporting people in taking the next step in their career with an employer brand they can trust.

Key Accountabilities

• Create and maintain effective campus marketing campaigns which attract good-fit applications within agreed timescales and budgets
• Keep up-to-date activity and budget trackers and provide accurate and timely data for monthly reports in Excel and Power Point
• Develop a collaborative relationship within the campus recruitment team, universities and partners
• Provide day-to-day support to our teams in the execution of marketing to ensure all briefs and timelines are met

Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts, including programmatic advertising, digital marketing and social media marketing
• Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in gathering data and using Microsoft Excel and Power Point to present information.
