Job Description
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Responsible for the recruitment of operations and front-line staff
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels across Hong Kong and Asia
Stay on top of the latest recruitment channels and sources.
Prepare HR headcount and recruitment status reports and perform Talent Acquisition administration duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of front line and operations recruitment experience in the Manufacturing / Logistics industry
Attention to detail, proactive, agile with a CAN Do attitude and working independently
Strong relationship management and good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
It may be necessary to perform remote duties, and a valid driving license is an advantage (N.T/H.K Island)
