Job Description
Scope of Work:

Support line manager to coordinate all Greater China Region store planning projects
The role will be based in Hong Kong and where you will work closely with the line manager & Retail Department of Greater China Region

Responsibilities:

Work closely with HQ Store Design & Planning Team and proceed the projects with Brand Standard and all requirements.
Act as a strong collaborator with external parties (Designers, consultants, contractors & vendors) to ensure the design integrity, Brand standards and specifications are met in each project throughout regions.
To be able to manage consultants and projects independently.
Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external counterparts to ensure effective project timeline & budget control.
Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among HQ, consultants and contractors precisely.
Strong in communication, planning, and time management, and demonstrate ability to analyze processes and information, identify issues, develop and execute effective solutions and strategies.
Regular project update to top management in HQ, Regional office and countries.
To check Tender submissions, quotations, timeline, and submission to Top Management for final approval.
Frequent travelling & site visit is required during project execution.
Provide technical solutions and performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Official work title to be determined by level of experience in luxury retail projects.
