We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support our ongoing research on air quality in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will assist in conducting numerical analyses of air quality data using tools such as MATLAB and Excel. Responsibilities include creating models of air quality maps, studying the impact of airflow, and contributing to the design enhancement of our current products to improve their efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct numerical analysis and modeling of air quality using numerical software such as MATLAB, Excel., etc.
  • Create air quality maps and models based on data analysis.
  • Research the impact of airflow on air quality in various environments.
  • Assist in the research and development of product enhancements to improve air purification efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the research and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in air quality, environmental sustainability, and product design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with air quality research, intensive programming or environmental modeling is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
