Project Title: Well-being among Youth: Socioecological Perspective
[Appointment Period: 12 months]

The appointee will be responsible for conducting research projects related to social psychology,
particularly in the area of well-being and pro-environmental tendencies. Specific duties include
preparing research materials, data collection, data coding, data analysis, report writing, and
supervision of student helpers. The appointee is also expected to perform administrative support to
the Principal Investigator and the research team. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months
with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline. Applicants
should be competent in academic research, detail-oriented, responsible, and independent. Proficient
in statistical analyses (e.g., SPSS, R, or other data-analysis software) is essential. Proficient in big-
data analyses (e.g., machine learning) will be a great asset. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and
English will be of advantage. Relevant research experience would be an advantage. Immediate
availability is preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end
