Contract No. ED/2022/01 Infrastructure Works for Developments at Kwun Tong Action Area

Atkins Réalis invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions. The proposed works mainly comprise infrastructure works for the developments in Kwun Tong Action Area (including construction of new roads, footbridge, demolition works, reconfiguration of Kwun Tong Vehicular Ferry Pier, modification of Kwun Tong Ferry Pier Public Transport Interchange, construction of open space and associated civil works). The works contract in New Engineering Contract (NEC) form commenced in 2022Q4 for completion in 2026Q3.
阿特金斯顧問有限公司接受以下駐地盤職位的申請。工程主要包括在觀塘行動區的基建設施工程 (包括興建新道路、行人天橋,拆卸工作,重整觀塘汽車渡輪碼頭,重置觀塘碼頭公共運輸交匯處和興建開放空間以及基建工程。工程合約將以「新工程合約」形式進行,已於2022第4季展開,並預計在2026第3季完成。

Candidates should have:
a) Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
b) Experience in Footbridge Structures will be preferable; and
c) NEC ECC knowledge or working experience will be advantage.

a) 具備香港工程師學會的正式會員或同等之相關資格;及
b) 具備行人天橋結構之相關工作經驗的申請人將獲優先考慮;及
c) 曾管理新工程合約 (NEC) 的工程及建造合約 (ECC) 或取得相關知識的申請 人 將 獲優先考慮。

Remarks:
The job requirement of the above positions should be referred to the minimum qualification and minimum experience listed in Appendix 7.4 of the RSS Management Handbook.
Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government’s conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff. The incumbents will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and to carry out supervision duties in Mainland China or overseas if necessary.
Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, we may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates for further processing. In these circumstances, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the recruitment interview.
