Job Duties
1. Produce tutorial videos for our product.
2. Write engaging social media posts.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the product.
4. Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for the product.
5. Capture high-quality screenshots and develop a training manual.
6. Assist in organizing sales and marketing events.
7. Address customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, design, marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Familiarity with video editing and design software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.
4. Knowledge of Fuzor software is an advantage.
5. Must be independent, flexible, eager to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented.
6. Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
