Job Responsibilities:
Prepare sales quotation and lab test reports.
Provide full spectrum clerical and administrative support to Sales Team
Update client’s list and system database
Handle customer’s enquiries
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including but not limited to outdoor assignments.

Requirements:
Degree holder or above in any disciples with at least 2-3 years' experience in sales administration
High proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese Word processing
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong in prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines, willing to OT
Independent and able to work under pressure
Self-motivated and Multitasking
Immediately available is highly preferred
