We are looking for Sales Coordinator – with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to Sales Manager

Provide administrative support to the Sales team & Project team

Prepare purchase order, invoice, delivery note...etc

Follow up after-sales services independently

Coordinate goods delivery arrangement

Daily office admin support

Diploma holder or above

1+ year work experience in office environment

Experience in sales support / sales admin / coordination work is a plus

PC proficient in MS Office

5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)

Very few OT work is required
