Responsibilities:
Segment Development:

• Develop the on-trade and off-trade segment in Hong Kong, including bars, restaurants, hotels, private member clubs, and retail stores.

Marketing Collateral and Cataloging:

• Prepare all supporting marketing collateral, including maintaining a detailed product catalog.

Trade Training and Education:

• Support the training and education of trade customers on the product portfolio.

Digital Content Creation:

• Create digital content for promoting various products from time to time.

Event Ideation and Execution:

• Generate ideas for events with trade partners and support their execution.

Daily Operations:

• Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.

Qualifications:
Passion and Interest:

• Strong interest in and passion for whisky, Japanese spirits, and cocktails.

Customer Service Orientation:

• Demonstrated high standards of customer service.

Communication and Presentation Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is an advantage.

Relevant Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in bartending, wine/spirits/Japanese shochu/sake sales, or any area related to the hospitality industry.

Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Able to work in small teams and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $192,000.00 - $252,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
